Do you supply the hardware too?
Yes. We recommend vendor-neutral equipment, supply it with the installation and handle warranty registration — or install hardware you already own.
Can you work outside office hours?
Yes. Cut-overs and installations can be scheduled for evenings or weekends to avoid disrupting your team.
Do you work outside Saudi Arabia?
Yes. Design, configuration and support are delivered remotely anywhere; on-site work outside the Kingdom is arranged per project.
Who supports the network after installation?
We do, under a monthly IT support plan or an annual maintenance contract (AMC) — or we train your team to manage it.
