Omavix (“we”) is a technology services company in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This policy explains how we process personal data under the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and its implementing regulations.

What data we collect

• Job applications: your details, CV and cover letter.
• Newsletter: your email address and language.
• Analytics: anonymous, cookieless usage statistics.

Why we process it

To respond to enquiries, assess job applications, send newsletters you asked for, and keep our website secure. Your consent and its wording version are recorded with each submission.

How long we keep it

Job applications and CVs are deleted after 12 months; contact enquiries after 24 months; unconfirmed newsletter sign-ups after 30 days — unless a longer period is required by law.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent, by emailing our privacy contact. We respond within 30 days.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. CVs are stored in a private bucket, scanned for malware and accessible only to authorised HR staff through short-lived links.
